Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, our return policy applies.

What is your return window?

You can request a return for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Is the hair removal mitt for grooming pets?

No. The mitt is designed to collect shed hair from household fabrics, such as sofas, clothing, bedding and car upholstery. Test an inconspicuous area first and avoid delicate, damaged or loose-weave materials.

How do I clean the mitt?

Lift away collected hair, rinse with lukewarm water and air-dry completely before using it again.
